Hate My Life

Ori-o and I heard this song, sadly I couldn't find it on Imeem so it couldn't be made into a daily song. So I figured I'd post what I could find. Enjoy

Hate My Life - Theory of a Deadman

My Appendix ASPLODED! T_T

Yes, you heard right. Asploded. Not a fun thing. I woke up last Friday with horrible pain in my stomach. I thought it was just a stomach bug but, when it didn't go away by that night I went to the ER. They gave me a CT scan and took me right back to surgery. Luckily, they were able to do it laparoscopically, three small incisions, a scope, a laser, and bam, you're done. I was up and walking that same day. It was...very painful but I had to do it. I was practically swimming in IV fluids. Had to keep making that trip to the bathroom. >_< Not only that, the only pain meds they gave me were 2-5 mg of morphine every four hours! I couldn't even tell a difference with that little pain medication. Ah well. I'm alive. ^_^ I'm home now and feeling pretty good, if sore. Slowly but surely healing up. I'm off to nap now, didn't get much sleep in the hospital. I hope to have a new review up for everyone soon! Good night all, and good luck!

A Question

Wow... it's been eight days since the last post! Well, I figured I'd put a post up with a little question for all you artistic people out there: What do you do when you have writer's/artist's block? Do you cry and throw stuff at the wall? Do you read your favorite book or watch your favorite movie? Take a stroll through the park and try to find inspiration in nature? Or do you just forget all about your artistic pursuits for the moment and then continue when the block goes away? I'm especially curious because I have an intense level of block right now, as well as an even worse case of boredom. I need stimulation, damnit! Got any suggestions?

And also, I'm trying to figure out why sexy scenes are so hard for me to write. Maybe because I haven't had any? >_> But I've never cut off someone's fingers with a katana or hang glided off a skyscraper either, and both those things came to me with no problem. Weird.

Your mom's a rooftop & Dear PETA

I'm updating, cause it's been a whole 5 days since a post! I really dunno what to tell yo guys either but I want to know what's up with y'all. Starting Jan 15th, anyone who likes Naruto will have to go on Naruto.com to watch the eps of Shippuuden. I'm kind of fearing there will be a buncha stupid commercials and we'll lose the fun of it. Also, I wont be aleto download them, store them, then never watch them again. Anyone know of anyone other than Dattebayo that releases eps? I know Datt is gonna stop their airing so I'm like ugh.

On a lazy note, does anyone have a reallllllllllly favorite video game for the NES? I'm looking at making another scarf and obviously the pixly NES is the best way to go with making stuff. Who knows, I may spread Christmas cheer with a scarf or whatnot for someone. Anyone who doesn't know of my crocheting shud check out my dA link on the side. Usually I'm lazyandm ake things like mittens, scarves, and hats (with cat ears). That or I'll draw (Yes Bru, I'll get to you next....who else is joining the fun?)

Uhhhhh, for work we had to choose a state to be in. I intelligently chose Wisconsin (I was 19th to choose)...so anyone out there, I know all your rules and regulations. I was laughing cause like, if I really want, there's a good chance I can work in WA...around Seattle I think...with a pay raise. Fun fun!

Oh! PETA is telling us to tell the wildlife fish federation or something to stop torturing fish...but cause fish is such a horrible name, they refer to fish as "sea kittens." Anyone who knows me, knows that I am Mac, and not PC. (Ha ha...get the joke? I love PC's but I hate politically correct...) So, you were supposed to send a petition letter of which they pre-wrote for you! Seriously, what idiots. So, I used the PETA site and sent an email. Here it is:

Please ignore PETA's silly requests as anyone who calls a fish a "sea kitten" seriously has some issues. I believe this if any action is to be taken, that we get some psychologists to look after the people of PETA as they seem to have some serious issues here. There should be no torture to mankind listening to such mindless dribble and I believe that the FWS is doing a fine job as it is.

I didn't read the junk that was on this main page, but if you would like a good chuckle, here is the link: http://www.peta.org/sea_kittens/about.asp

Please don't change or fall to such silly demands with terms such as "sea kittens" as a flower by any other name would smell just as sweet.

Sincerely,

A Muscaro.

The State of Brutus

Right, so, I just got back from Thanksgiving break, which was much needed, tho not as great as it could have been. For one, I didn't get any work I had planed to done, and all this week I have been paying for it, dearly. Me and sleep have not seen much of each other, and I am so sick of typing papers I almost want to chuck my computer out the window (working on a damn 20 page paper will do that). Also, we're behind on comming up with presentations and yeah, kicking my ass all over the place.

The big downside of the break tho, was the call I got Tuesday Night. Turns out a friend of mine had tried to kill himself. He managed not to, backed out at the end, called the cops, and was rescued. Turns out he had some kind of latent non diagnosed case of depression. We don;t think he'll be coming back next semester, which sucks. What sucks more is he visited the apartment he'd been at before his mom took him home, but she wouldnt let him stay the 5 extra minutes for me to see him and say hi and what not, so I'm a wee bit upset with her right now.

All of that aside tho, the break was good. I did get to relax, and my girlfriend was able to come down. The family seemed ok with it, which is good, cause I intend to have her come back down for Christmas. It might be harder to get that Ok'd with my family tho. They can be...old fashioned and bitchy about things. Christmas is for family and what not, and they may not want my girlfriend there. They might be thinking that I'm moving "too fast" but really, when your own grandmother got married 6 months after meeting her husband, do my mom and dad have any room to bitch? No, I didnt think so.

But yeah, right now I'm sitting in the campus library, taking a break between working on different projects, trying for the love of God to get the damn song "Baby its cold out side" out of my head :P....stupid music.....
